CVS Deals (5-12-08)

Last week I never went to shop at CVS. Nothing really caught my attention and there were so many other things going on. This week I was intrigued by several of the items in the weekly flyer and wanted a few of the monthly deals.
I picked NHL up from school and we went to CVS. I only bought items that we needed or would use and spent 75 cents out of pocket on two transactions. I used $20.96 in ECBs, a $3/10 CVS brand coupon, $3/15 CVS coupon, and $5 in additional coupons that I clipped. When I was done I received $23.37 in ECB’s. In order not to waste some of the ECB money I did have to get some filler items, including chocolate and an extra toothbrush for NHL (that will be going to Nana and Papa’s house).
Below are the items that I bought using 75 cents cash, ECBs and coupons. The best part is that I still have $35.34 in ECBs for future visits.
Not too shabby. Now I have to raid my coupons again and see if I can swing one more trip this week for a few things they were out of. Remember great pointers on deals for the week and month can be found at Money Saving Mom. Happy CVS shopping to all!
