My question for this week:
Who is your favorite Disney character and why?
Here are two photos of a collection that will help to answer my question. These items are on the shelf in my old room at my parent’s house.
Could you tell that I like Eeyore?
For some reason I have always loved him. It may be because my mother’s grandmother made me a hand made Eeyore doll before I was born and I am named for her (she passed away just before I was born). Or, perhaps it may be because I can identify with Eeyore’s positively pessimistic view on life. No matter which it is, I just think he is adorable and have always had one Eeyore collection or another. I even have stuffed Eeyore’s for different holidays/season that were in my classroom when I taught. Kids that were having bad days were allowed to have them to hug. Boy do I miss our local Disney Store.

My favorite is Belle from Beauty & The Beast because she was so self assured, could sing like an angel and loved to read. Not to mention she is the only girl to Ever change a man (LOL), and got to live in a castle. Did you see that library?? Yup, wanna be Belle.
Blessings, Whitney

I love Ariel and Belle and Esmeralda but…my favorite has got to be
Cinderella. I’m quite often referred to as Cinderella because my NY swept me away from quite a bit of trauma into a fairytale with him.
