Flowers for Chanukah 2010
By TheAngelForever | December 8, 2010
These gorgeous flowers arrived the day before our family Chanukah gathering, so I took them for the centerpiece. The arrangement was made by Central Market Florists at Price Chopper. The flowers were the perfect test subject for my new camera.

What a lovely holiday table!
I was bad this year and we didn’t do much of anything. I’ve got my Mickey Mouse “Happy Hanukkah” banner up and Katie made a menorah out of paper, including little paper flames, and so we’re using that this year. Though the nice one is sitting out. I didn’t even make latkes, and my family was *SO* mad about that. We celebrate Secular Christmas, Hannukah, and Solstice; this year I just didn’t have it in me to do it all.

Very festive! Do you have a macro function on your camera? Looks like you got really close.
